地磁暴侵害油气管道的管地电位效应 被引量:8

摘要 由于输油气管道埋在地下,钢质管道内外壁有绝缘涂层,不与大地直接接触,油气管道遭受地磁暴侵害的响应机制与电网不同,研究油气管道的干扰机制、物理过程以及干扰效应,对分析地磁暴对油气管道的影响及危害具有重要意义。针对2012年-2014年9次中、小地磁暴侵害我国西气东输一线和陕京二线等输气管道引发的管地电位(PSP)现象,研究了地磁暴引发管道地磁感应电流(GIC)的机制与过程以及GIC衍生管道PSP的机理,利用PSP算法,假设感应电场沿管道分布,大小取0.1 V/km,计算了不同形态管道的PSP水平。实测和仿真计算数据表明,即使是遭受中、小地磁暴的侵害,钢质油气管道的PSP也会超过管道杂散电流干扰防护标准规定的限值,证明了管道干扰及防护研究要考虑中、小地磁暴的影响。 Oil and gas pipelines are buried under ground with insulating coats on both the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipeline to prevent direct contact from the soil. Therefore, its interfering and responding mechanism under the geomagnetic storm is different from that in the power grid,and it is of great importance that we study such interfering mechanism,physical process and the interference effect for analyzing the influence and damage of pipelines under geomagnetic storm. Based on 9 events of weak to medium geomagnetic storms induced pipe-soil potential( PSP) phenomenon spotted in line No. 1 of West-East natural gas transmission and Shan-Jing line No. 2 in the period of 2012 to 2014,we analyzed the mechanism and process of geomagnetically induced current( GIC) in pipelines. We also revealed the mechanism of the PSP as a derivative of GIC. With the PSP calculati on method proposed by David H. Boteler and under the assumption of an induced electric field of 0. 1 V / km along the same direction as the pipelines,we calculated PSP levels in different forms of pipelines. The calculation results and monitored data suggest that,even in cases of weak and medium geomagnetic storms,it is possible for PSP to exceed the limit set by straycurrent interference protection. This shows that weak and medium geomagnetic storms need to be taken into consideration in future researches on interference and protection of pipelines.
