摘要
目的探讨预知护理干预在胃癌术后放疗患者中应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院收治的胃癌术后放疗患者60例随机分为干预组和常规组,分别采用预知护理干预和常规护理,比较两组患者不良情绪、生活质量和患者对护理满意度。结果干预组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分明显低于常规组[（10.3±1.4）分vs（12.5±1.8）分,（39.5±9.4）分vs（44.5±9.9）分,P〈0.05]。干预组生理职能、生理功能、社会职能、情感职能、健康状况评分均高于常规组[（78.4±9.2）分vs（65.5±8.7）分,（77.3±8.8）分vs（63.1±7.3）分,（69.4±6.9）分vs（59.2±6.1）分,（82.1±11.2）分vs（68.8±9.8）分,（78.7±10.3）分vs（61.8±8.2）分,P〈0.05]。干预组患者满意度高于常规组（96.67%vs 76.67%,P〈0.05）。结论胃癌术后放疗患者采用预知护理干预可减轻患者不良情绪,提高患者生活质量和满意度,具有显著应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of predicting nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer postoperative radiotherapy. Methods 60 selected patients who suffered from gastric cancer postoperative radiotherapy from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group, which adopted to predict the nursing intervention and usual care respectively. Patients＇ bad emotions, life quality, and patients＇ satisfaction with care of the two groups were compared. Results Anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group [（10.3±1.4） scores vs.（12.5±1.8） scores,（39.5±9.4） scores vs.（44.5±9.9） scores, P〈0.05]. Biological functions, physiological function, social function, emotional function, and health status scores of the intervention group were all higher than that of the conventional group [（78.4±9.2） scores vs.（65.5±8.7） scores,（77.3±8.8） scores vs.（63.1±7.3） scores,（69.4±6.9） scores vs.（59.2±6.1） scores,（82.1±11.2） scores vs.（68.8±9.8） scores,（78.7±10.3） scores vs.（61.8±8.2） scores, P〈0.05]. Patients＇ satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group [96.67% vs. 76.67%, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Patients with gastric cancer postoperative radiotherapy adopted predict nursing intervention, which could alleviate patients＇ bad emotions, improve patients＇ life quality and satisfaction. That had significant application effect.
