摘要
目的探讨并分析宫腹腔镜联合cook导丝治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的疗效。方法选择2013年7月~2014年10月来我院就诊的95例不孕患者,所有患者随机分成观察组48例及对照组47例。观察两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、出血量及妊娠情况等。结果观察组的总有效率为89.58%,明显高于对照组的76.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者出血量、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者的正常宫内妊娠率高于对照组,异位妊娠率及未孕率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论宫腹腔镜联合Cook导丝治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,使得患者的输卵管通畅的成功率及受孕机率增加,为治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的理想方法。
Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy of laparoscopy joint cook guide wire in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods 95 infertile patients from July 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected, all the patients were divided into the observation group with 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases randomly.Observed the patients＇ clinical efficacy,operative time, blood loss, pregnancy,etc. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 89.58%,it was significantly higher than 76.59% of the control group,there had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Operative time and blood loss of two groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Normal intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation was higher than the control group, Ectopic pregnancy rate and no pregnancy rate were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy joint cook guide wire in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility,make patients＇ success rate of tubal patency and chances of pregnancy increase,it is the ideal method for the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility.
