摘要
当前的档案移动服务研究,主要聚焦于概念定义、发展环境、服务模式以及实现策略等主题领域,但存在目标概念的定义不清晰,发展环境分析角度单一,服务模式主体有待确定,实现策略有待完善等不足。进一步普及和发展档案移动服务,应当研究档案工作与移动服务的共通点,明确档案专有概念;研究关键环节与发展环境的契合点,构建生态系统模型;研究服务模式与社交媒体的对接点,提高服务开发性价比;研究服务创新与国家体制的矛盾点,兼顾服务主动性和资源保密性。
The current archival mobile service research mainly focus on the thematic areas of definition of the concept, development environment, service models and implementation strategies, but there exists the insufficient of unclear definition of the target concept, single analysis point of view of development environ- ment, undetermined principle part of service model and incomplete implementation strategies. Further popu- larization and development of mobile archival services should study the common point of archives work and mobile service to clear the archival proprietary concept; Study the conjunction point of key links and de- velopment environment to build ecosystem models; Study the docking point of service models and social media to improve the cost performance of service development; Study the conflict point of service innova- tion and national systems to take both service initiative and resources confidentiality into account.
