摘要
陶瓷与玻璃的结合本质上来说是材料之间兼容性的研究,也就是在热态下两者膨胀系数的配比性,玻璃的膨胀系数相对来说比较稳定可靠,探究的重点在于寻找膨胀系数与玻璃接近的陶土的配方,并且要找到可靠的且重复性高的烧制工艺方法,本文是基于实验的方法摸索最优化的陶土配方以及工艺方法。
The combination of ceramic and glass is the study on compatibility of materials,which means the compatibility of expansion coefficient between ceramic and glass.The expansion coefficient of glass is relatively stable and reliable.The exploration focus is to find the formula of ceramic that the expansion coefficient is close to glass and a reliable and repetitive firing method.This paper is based on the experimental method of optimization for ceramic ingredient and technological process.
