摘要
根据应变诱导相变原理,在不同变形温度、变形速率、应变量下对20钢进行了单道次压缩试验。通过光学显微镜观察了20钢的组织结构变化,研究了变形工艺参数对晶粒细化的影响。结果表明,改变变形温度、应变速率、应变量可以达到细化晶粒的目的。
According to the principle of strain induced phase transformation, the single pass time compression experiment of 20 steel was carried out under different deformation temperature, deformation rate and strain. The change of the microstructure of the 20 steel was observed by optical microscope. Effects of deformation process parameters on grain refinement were studied. The results show that changing the deformation temperature, strain rate and strain can achieve the purpose of the grain refinement.
