摘要
应用ProCAST软件对型腔中铝液流动过程进行了模拟。结果表明,型腔熔体流动行为受分流块形状的影响很大。使用分流块可以改善型腔中铝液流动。使用形状规则平滑的分流块可以使型腔中铝液分布更均衡。平稳的铝液流动可以减少铸轧过程中出现气孔,提高最终的产品质量。
Liquid aluminum flow process in cavity was simulated by using Pro CAST software. The results show that the melt flow behavior in cavity is greatly affected by split block shape. Using split blocks can improve liquid aluminum flow in cavity. The using smooth split block with regular shape can make the liquid aluminum distribution in the cavity more balanced. The smooth flow of the liquid aluminum can reduce the pores in the process of roll casting and improve the final product quality.
