摘要
采用变异系数、主成分分析、聚类分析法对新疆南疆某单位培育的22种育种杂交棉的9项品质指标进行了分析,目的是对育种杂交棉品质进行综合评价.结果表明:伸长率、马克隆值受遗传影响较大,整齐度变化最小;找出能够代表原始信息85%以上的四个主成分,分别是品质综合因子、细度因子、反射率因子和外观色泽因子;将22个品种分为四大类,对各杂交棉品质综合评价.
In order to comprehensive evaluate the breeding hybrid cotton,this paper uses the variation coefficient,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results shows that the elongation and incompatible micronaire are greatly influenced by genetic and the uniformity change minimumly;Find out can represent more than 85%of the original information four principal components,respectively is comprehensive quality factor,fineness factor,reflectivity factor and exterior colour and lustre factor;22 varieties can be divided into four categories.
