摘要
本文以莒南县大水网工程构架总体规划为背景,从水资源可利用量、涉及工程的自然地理状况、潜在的用水市场需求量等方面分析了工程项目的可行性及综合效益,论述了莒南县大水网工程跨时空统一优化配置全县水资源的重要意义。
In the paper,overall plan of Junan County large water network engineering architecture is regarded as the background. Feasibility and comprehensive benefits of engineering projects are analyzed in the aspects of water resources availability,related project natural geographical condition, potential water consumption market demand and so on.Important significance of optimizing and allocating water resources in the whole county across time and space in Junan County large water network project is discussed.
