摘要
迁移应激对患者和家属身心造成了严重的不良影响。本文对迁移应激的概念、相关理论、诱因、不良后果、评估工具以及改善迁移应激的措施进行综述,以期为减少ICU患者和家属迁移应激的发生提供依据。
The relocation stress would cause serious physical and psychological hazards on the patients in Intensive Care Unit （ICU） and their family members. The article summarized the concept of relocation stress, related theories, precipitating factors, bad consequences, assessment instruments and improvement measures, aiming to provide certain basis for reducing the occurrence of the relocation stress of patients in ICU and their family members.
