摘要
文章以村庄规划编制中存在的主要问题为切入点,对村庄规划如何走向实用性规划进行探讨,进一步提出符合"三好特征、五型方法"的规划内容体系,重点对实用性村庄规划的理念、体系、策略、组织和实施五个方面进行重点阐述,并结合住房和城乡建设部村庄规划试点—天池村,就苏南水乡实用性村庄规划的编制方法与内容进行实证阐述,以期为同类型的村庄规划编制提供参考。
The paper studies the pragmatic approach in rural planning, raises a planning system that accords with ＂three good characters, fi ve type methods＂, and introduces the concept, system, strategy, organization, and implementation of pragmatic rural planning. The paper takes Tianchi village-the experimental site of ministry of housing and urban-rural development-as an example, conducts empirical study of southern Jiangsu water town village planning, and provides a reference for other villages.
