临床护理教师教学感知质量评价量表的信度和效度验证

The reliability and validity of clinical nursing teacher's teaching perceived-quality evaluation scale

摘要 目的验证临床护理教师教学感知质量评价量表的适用性、可靠性和有效性。方法采用临床护理教师教学感知质量评价量表对282名护理实习生进行调查。通过探索性因子分析确定其结构效度,通过计算Cronbach'sα系数检测量表的内在一致性信度。结果共提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为72.541%;量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.942,5个维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.800~0.888。结论临床护理教师教学感知质量评价量表有较好的适用性、可靠性和有效性,可作为科学有效的教学质量评估工具在教学质量管理中使用,同时可为提高临床护理教学质量的干预研究提供测评工具。 Objective To verify the applicability,reliability and validity of the clinical nursing teacher's teaching perceived-quality evaluation scale. Methods Totally 282 nursing students during clinical practice were investigated with clinical nursing teacher's teaching perceived-quality evaluation scale. The structure validity was identified using exploratory factor analysis and the internal consistent reliability was tested using Cronbach's α coefficient. Results Factor analysis identified five factors which could explain 72.541 percent of the total variance. The Cronbach's αcoefficient of the total scale was 0.942 and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each factor ranged from 0.800 to0.888. Conclusion The clinical nursing teacher's teaching perceived-quality evaluation scale has good reliability,validity and applicability. It can be used as a scientific teaching quality assessment tool in the measurement of clinical teaching quality,and also can be used as a reliable measurement tool for interventional studies.
