摘要
目的:观察分段内扎外剥保留齿线术联合括约肌浅切松解治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将60例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用传统分段内扎外剥保留齿线术联合括约肌浅切松解治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组创面愈合时间,第1、3天肛门疼痛评分,术后创缘水肿、肛门狭窄及肛门部分失禁等并发症发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分段内扎外剥保留齿线术联合括约肌浅切松解治疗环状混合痔具有较好效果,术后并发症少。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of segmented internal ligature and external decollement with dentate line preservation combined with internal anal sphincterotomy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： A total of 60 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group underwent segmented internal ligature and external decollement with dentate line preservation combined with internal anal sphincterotomy,and the control group underwent traditional internal ligature and external decollement. Results： Both groups had an overall response rate of100%,and there were no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The wound healing time,anal pain scores on days 1 and 3,postoperative edema at the wound margin,and complications like anal stenosis and partial fecal incontinence all showed significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Segmented internal ligature and external decollement with dentate line preservation combined with internal anal sphincterotomy has satisfactory clinical efficacy with few postoperative complications.
