摘要
以某大型飞机装配工作平台为研究对象,分析了目前工作平台存在的问题与不足,并对其行走系统和升降系统进行了总体设计,分析了气垫单元的工作原理及其压力控制方法,设计了气垫单元在平台上的布置形式。设计了平台的行走功能,并完成了驱动轮的设计与布置,最后,设计了平台的升降系统。
Take research on large aircraft assembly working platform, the problems and shortcomings exist in the current platform are analyzed. Overall design for the working platform move system and up-down system is presented. The air float unit and the method of pressure control are given. The layout of the air float unit is showed. Designed the move function for the platform as also as the drive wheel details is developed. Finally, the platform up-down system is studied.
