摘要
目的分析研究不同PICC穿刺部位对患者舒适度的影响。方法抽取接受PICC置管治疗的62例患者进行分组研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例,对照组穿刺点选在肘上2横指处,观察组穿刺点选在肘窝上3~4横指处,对比观察两组患者舒适度。结果观察组总舒适度为96.77%,对照组总舒适度为64.52%,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论将穿刺点选在肘窝上3~4横指处可保证患者治疗时舒适度最佳。
Objective To analyze the influence of different PICC methods on degree of patient＇s comfort. Methods Extracting 62 patients for treatment of PICC were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases each. The puncture points of the control group were selected at the 2 transverse finger of the elbow,observation group in the cubital fossa puncture point 3 ~ 4 transverse finger,then compared the two groups were observed comfort. Results Observation group of total comfort was 96.77%,,the total comfort of 64.52% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The puncture point in the cubital fossa on 3 ~ 4 transverse finger can ensure patients optimal comfort.
