亚热带3种林分土壤CH_4日通量变化规律研究

摘要 本研究以亚热带人工林杉木纯林、青冈+石栎常绿阔叶混交林、马尾松+石栎针阔叶混交林为研究对象,采用静态箱-气相色谱法,对不同林分土壤CH_4通量的日变化进行研究。结果表明:3种林分土壤CH_4通量日变化都有吸收与排放CH_4,日变化都是多波峰曲线图形;杉木纯林土壤CH_4的排放和吸收都出现明显的上升或下降的趋势,呈现一定规律;马尾松+石栎混交林土壤CH_4通量变化,白天表现为大气CH_4的源,林地向大气排放CH_4,晚上表现为大气CH_4的汇,林地吸收大气中的CH_4;青冈+石栎混交林土壤CH_4的排放与吸收变化没有一定的规律性;其土壤平均CH_4的通量为:杉木纯林(83.67±7.84μg/m^2·h)>马尾松+石栎混交林(20.25±2.19μg/m^2·h)>青冈+石栎混交林(9.56±8.37μg/m^2·h)。 The plantation of Cunninghamia lanceolata,broadleaf evergreen Cyclobalanopsis glauca + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest,Pinus massonian + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest were studied and the static chamber-gas chromatograph technique was used to analyze the diurnal methane fluxes from different forest. Results showed that soil CH4 flux of the three forest types showed multi-peak diurnal variations with absorption and emissions of CH4. A certain regular pattern was found in the plantation of Cunninghamia lanceolata soil CH4 flux,with an obvious trend in rise and decline. The CH4 flux of Pinus massonian + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest showed emissions into the atmosphere at daytime and absorption CH4 at night. No regularity was found in the soil CH_4emissions-absorption in Cyclobalanopsis glauca + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest. The average soil CH_4 flux was Cunninghamia lanceolata( 83. 67 ±7. 84μg / m^2·h) Pinus massonian + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest( 20. 25 ± 2. 19μg/m^2·h) Cyclobalanopsis glauca + Lithocarpus glaber mixed forest( 9. 56 ± 8. 37μg / m^2·h).
