摘要
目的分析综合护理配合全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月～2015年2月我院收治的76例老年股骨颈骨折患者进行对照研究,入院后均行全髋关节置换术治疗,采用抽签法将患者分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理干预,分析两组患者的临床疗效护理满意度及并发症发生情况护理满意度。结果观察组患者的优良率和并发症发生率以及满意度分别为86.84%、5.26%、92.1%,对照组分别为65.79%、23.68%、76.3%,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论就老年股骨颈骨折患者而言,在对其行全髋关节置换术治疗前后及时对患者行综合护理的效果显著,可推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with total hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients. Methods A total of 76 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected to be studied from May 2013 and February 2015. The patients were all treated by total hip replacement method. And then were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing care while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy and complications and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The excellent rate and complication rate as well as degree of satisfaction of the observation group were 86.84% and 5.26% as well as 92.1% respectively, the excellent and good rate of the control group was 65.79%, the incidence of complications was 23.68%, the degree of satisfaction was 76.3%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, in the treatment of the total hip arthroplasty in a timely manner before and after the comprehensive nursing care of patients with significant effect, can be extended.
