摘要
以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氨基磺酸、尿素等为主要原料制备了聚醚类引气剂TEA,并与国外同类产品AE进行了应用性能对比。结果表明:掺TEA混凝土的含气量、减水率、抗压强度比均能满足GB 8076—2008对引气剂性能的要求,同混凝土含气量条件下,掺TEA的混凝土减水率、抗压强度比均显著高于AE;TEA与聚羧酸系减水剂具有良好的相容性;TEA具有良好的起泡和稳泡效果,相对于AE而言,掺TEA混凝土的含气量经时损失显著降低;TEA的生产成本仅为AE的10%左右。
Polyether- type air- entraining agent named TEA was synthesized with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, aminosulfonic acid, urea as the main raw materials, and the application performance was compared with foreign similar product AE. The results show that the air content, water reducing rate, and compressive strength ratio can meet with the requirements of GB 8076-2008.The water reducing rate and compressive strength ratio of concrete mixed with TEA are significantly higher than that of AE in the condition of the same air content of concrete. TEA has good compatibility with polycarboxylate - type superplasticizer. Compared with EA, TEA has good foaming and foam stabilization ability, the air content lost in concrete mixed wth TEA is decreased significantly, and the production cost of TEA is only about 10% of AE.
