摘要
本文针对25Cr2Ni4Mo V钢发电机转子化学成分进行了内控,重点分析我公司以往生产的此类发电机转子冶炼方式、化学成分、晶粒度、夹杂物、碳当量、性能结果、工艺参数进行总结、统计分析,拟定出合理的化学成分内控方案。并通过实际生产试验,摸索适当降低主要合金元素含量对电机转子产品质量是否有影响,最终有针对性制定了合理化学成分。结果表明该工艺方案在保证发电机转子各项性能指标合格的前提下明显降低了产品制造成本。
In this research,the chemical composition of the 25Cr2Ni4 Mo V generator rotor is controlled.Smelting process of generator rotor,chemical composition,grain size,inclusion,carbon equivalent,property results,process parameters are emphatically summarized and statistically analyzed,the reasonable internal control solution for chemical composition is blocked out. The effect of reducing the content of main alloy elements on the quality of the gemerator rotor is faund out through the actul production test,finally the targeled reasonable chemical composition is formulated. The results show that the process scheme can significatly reduce the manufacturing cost of product.
