摘要
目的观察分析血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择80例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医方法进行治疗,观察组采用血府逐瘀汤加味进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率以及心电图有效率分别为85.0%、90.0%,均优于对照组的67.5%、72.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛患者可以取得显著的临床疗效。
Objective To observe and analyze clinical efficacy of Xuefuzhuyu decoction in treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional western treatment,while the observation group received Xuefuzhuyu decoction for treatment,then the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency and effectiveness of the ECG were 85.0%,90.0%,which were significantlybetter than the control group 67.5%,72.5%.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction in treatment of patients with angina pectoris can achieve significant clinical efficacy.
