摘要患者男,59岁。半年前无明显诱因出现头晕、头痛,未引起重视,于当地医院对症治疗未见好转。10天前患者因车祸致头晕、头痛加重,伴恶心、呕吐,行CT检查发现右侧额颞叶占位性病变。体检：体温36.5℃,脉搏60次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压134/77 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）,神志清醒,
