摘要
以聚醚N-204、聚酯多元醇、自制脂肪族聚异氰酸酯、无机复合阻燃剂等为原料,研制出一种低烟气毒性的矿用高分子加固材料。与市售传统矿用高分子加固材料相比,该材料可大大降低火灾受热过程中释放的有毒烟气,同时具有较好的物理力学性能、阻燃性能和安全性能。
The mine polymer reinforced material of low toxicity smoke was prepared mainly from polyether N-2O4, polyester polyol, self-made aliphatic polyisocyanate and complex inorganic flame retardants. This modified mine polymer material releases less toxic smoke when heated in mine fire, and it has excellent physical and mechanical properties, fire resistance and safety performance, compared to the traditional mine polymer reinforcement material.
