摘要
研究了生物质磁化焙烧-磁选处理镍红土矿酸浸渣的试验过程,讨论了各因素对磁化焙烧效果的影响。试验结果表明:在焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间60 min、生物质还原剂质量分数为25%、磁场强度为140 kA/m的条件下,酸浸渣中铁的回收率达到95.41%,磁选精矿铁品位达到63.06%,硫含量降低为0.12%,符合高炉炼铁所需铁矿的标准。
The experimental process of acid leaching residue of nickel laterite by magnetic roasting magnetic separation is researched,and the various factors on the effect of magnetic roasting are discussed in the paper.The results show that under the conditions of calcination temperature is 800 t,roasting time is60 min,biomass reductant mass fraction is 25%,and the magnetic field intensity is 140 KA/m,the iron recovery rate from acid leaching residue is more than 95.41%,and the iron grade and sulfur content of magnetic separation concentrate are 63.06%and 0.12%separately,the concentrate conforms to the standard of iron ore for blast furnace.
