摘要
为研究大麦的热物理特性参数,收集不同品种大麦,分析其营养组成、容重和热物理特性参数及其之间的相关性,并进行聚类分析。结果表明:大麦的比热随着温度的升高而增大,不同品种大麦的比热差异并不显著。在25℃时,大麦的比热范围为1 523.5~2 066.0 J·kg^(-1)K^(-1)。不同品种大麦的热传导系数和热扩散系数差异显著,其中热传导系数的范围为0.063~0.074 W·m^(-1)K^(-1),热扩散系数的范围为0.177 0~0.250 8 m^2·s^(-1)·10^(-6)。同时比热与原粮容重之间呈显著负相关;热传导系数与粗灰分含量之间呈极显著负相关,与粉料容重之间呈极显著正相关,与酸洗纤维含量之间呈显著负相关,与原粮容重之间呈显著正相关。基于大麦的热物理特性参数对大麦进行聚类分析,将参试品种分为3个类群以指导实际生产。
In order to study the thermal physical properties of barley, different barley cultivars samples were collected, the nutritional composition, the density and thermal physical properties were analyzed, and cluster analysis was carried out. The results showed that the specific heat increased with the heating temperature increasing. The variation was medium for the specific heat at different temperature among barley cultivars. The variation of the specific heat was from 1 523.5 to 2 066.0 J· kg- 1 K- 1 at 25℃. Significant difference was found between the thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity among barley eultivars, and the variation was from 0. 063 to 0. 074 W ·m - 1 K- 1 and from 0. 177 0 to 0. 250 8 m2· s -1 . 10 -6 Correlation analysis showed that the specific heat was negatively correlative with the density; the thermal conductivity was significantly and negatively correlative with the content of crude ash, it was significantly and positively correlative with the density of mash, it was negatively correlative with the content of crude acid detergent fiber, and it was positively correlative with the density. Cluster analysis was conducted according to the thermal physical properties, the barley samples were clustered into three categories, and it can be used to guide the practical production.
