摘要
我国有丰富的橡实资源,橡实富含淀粉,主要介绍了橡实淀粉的特性与国内橡实淀粉的开发应用研究现状,提出今后应加强研究的主要方面。
There are abundant acorn resources in China. Acorn is rich in starch. It mainly gives a detailed description on the characteristics of acorn starch. The present situation of exploitation and utilization of acorn starch is introduced. The main aspects of further studies on acorn starch are proposed.
