活性白土/壳聚糖复合物对印染污染物的吸附性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对活性白土进行改性,将改性后的活性白土与壳聚糖复合制备活性白土/壳聚糖复合物。所制备的复合物经红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行表征,测试复合物的结构、热稳定性能和形貌。通过单因素实验,考察复合吸附剂对印染废水中二甲酚橙、亚甲基蓝、甲基紫的吸附效率。结果表明,复合吸附剂对二甲酚橙、亚甲基蓝、甲基紫的吸附效率分别达到97.4%,98.5%,97.7%,明显高于单一吸附剂对3种染料的吸附效率,显示了复合吸附剂良好的吸附性能。 The activated clay was modified by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as surfactant. Furthermore,as-modified activated clay recombined chitosan to synthesize activated clay / chitosan composites readily by one-step method. The obtained composite was characterized by infrared spectrometer( FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer( TGA),X-ray diffraction instrument( XRD) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM) for studying the structure,thermal stability performance,morphology. The absorption properties of activated clay / chitosan composite on xylenol orange,methylene blue and methyl violet were studied. The results showed that the removal rate of xylenol orange possessed the best adsorption properties was to 97. 4%,that of methylene blue and methyl violet reach 98. 5% and 97. 7%. The adsorption properties of activated clay / chitosan composite were superior to any single adsorbent,showing the excellent adsorption in comparison with the single adsorbent.
