摘要
研究分析相同条件下锦鲤的血细胞、吞噬能力和酶活性指标,结果显示:红白锦鲤的红、白细胞数目最大,中性粒细胞对葡萄球菌吞噬百分比和NBT%最高,分别达到(46.75±3.39)%和(61±5.66)%;不同锦鲤的AKP、ACP、T-SOD差异无统计学意义。由此看出,不同锦鲤非特异性免疫能力、免疫过程不尽相同,红白和三色锦鲤先吞噬后胞内杀伤菌体,黄金则是直接溶解菌体来完成。
The blood cell count,phagocytosis to Staphyloccocus aureus and enzyme activities of Cyprinus carpio Koi in the same environmental conditions were studied in the paper. The results showed that the counts of Kohaku＇ erythrocytes and leucocytes were the biggest among the experimental Cyprinus carpio Koi and the maximal rate of haemocytes phagocytosis to Staphyloccocus aureus and nitroblue tetrazolium（NBT） of Kohaku were（46.75±3.39）% and（61±5.66）%;the difference was not statistically significant among the acid phosphatase activities,alkaline phosphatase activities and total superoxide dismutase activities. So from the experimental result point of view,it was possible the nonspecific immunity ability of experimental fish and the process to deal with gram-positive bacteria were not equal,the cells of Kohaku and T﹒Sanke might phagocytose gram-positive bacteria and then kill them,but Yamabakiogon may kill gram-positive bacteria directly with lysozyme.
