摘要
以云南农业大学为例,介绍了大学生就业通用胜任力和本科生导师制的契合点。刍议基于大学生就业通用胜任力的本科生导师制是提高学生竞争力的有效手段。提出适于地方院校及其本科生的导师制,竭力提高教学效果,为社会提供"个性化"人才、更好地为社会服务。
Taking the Yunnan Agricultural University for an example,there is a conjunction point between college students-general employability competence and undergraduate tutorial system which suggested that tutorial system can result in an improvement of general employability competence of college students. The undergraduate tutorial system based on college students-general employability competence is effective means for the common university such as yunnan Agricultural University,which can improve the teaching effects. An undergraduate who experiences this kind of tutorial system can do better in their working career,and serve better for the society.
