摘要
当油气加工和储存过程发生物料泄漏、中毒、火灾或爆炸事故时,安全阀仅能将系统的压力控制在起跳压力和最大允许工作压力范围内,既不能主动泄压,降低承压设备/管道应力,防止非润湿表面因局部过热(超过材料应力极限)而破裂,又无法减少物料向火源的"投放"。泄压系统的应用填补了这一空白,一般由泄放阀(BDV)、孔板(组)等设施组成,能在15 min内将系统压力降至设计压力的50或690 k Pa。在相关标准和工程实践基础上,结合自身设计经验,对泄压系统各组成部分的功能、设计要点、计算方法等进行了研究和探讨,为更广泛的应用奠定了技术基础。
When leakage,poisoning,fire or explosion occurred to the materials in the process of oil & gas production and storage,safety valve can only restrict the system pressure to some extent of set pressure.Not only can it not play a role of initiative depressuring or decreasing the stress of pressure-bearing equipment/piping internal to avoid stress rupture caused by local overheating on the unwetted vessel surface,hut also can not reduce the materials leakage to the fire as a fuel.The application of pressure relief system filled the gap.It was generally composed of blowdown valve(BDV),restriction orifice and so on.It can reduce the system pressure to 50%of its design pressure or 690 kPa in 15 min.Based on the correlated standard and engineering practice,the article made a further study and discussion in the aspect of its constituent function,designing point,calculation method and so on in light of its own experience,and made a technical basis for its more extensive application meantime.
