摘要
从生活中鞋物因摆放位置固定导致晾晒不充分现象出发,以51系列单片机为主控芯片,设计了智能晾晒系统。主控芯片将不同传感器采集信号进行处理后,通过1602液晶实时显示周围环境温度和湿度,每隔一定采样周期,主控芯片将各方位光敏传感器采集信号值大小进行比较,判断当前位置是否为最佳位置,通过控制驱动器驱动步进电机带动旋转工作台和翻转架工作,最终将鞋物调整到合适角度。智能晾晒系统操作简单、运行稳定,成本低廉、提高了鞋物晾晒效果,改善了人们生活质量。
Taking inadequate drying phenomenon caused fix placement of shoes approach,the intelligent drying system is designed with 51 series microcontroller as the main control chip.The main control chip handle different sensor signals to show timely ambient environment temperature and humidity through 1602 LCD,which will judge whether the current position is the best lighting location by comparing sampling value of photosensitive sensor from all directions in regular sampling period and finally adjust the right angle of the shoes through controlling the drivers driving the stepping motor making rotary workbench and flip frame working.The intelligent drying system is simple,stable operation,low-cost,which improves the shoes drying effect and the quality of life.
