摘要
以东北地区37个地级市为研究样本,采用市辖区建成区面积表征城市用地规模,结合位序-规模法则和分形理论分析近20 a来东北地区城市用地规模扩张的整体趋势,通过计算城市用地扩张幅度指数(UEI)来分析不同规模和不同城市之间的城市用地扩张差异程度。结果表明,城市用地规模总体均衡度下降,差距在不断扩大,城市体系简单;城市用地扩张速度呈现"特大城市>中等城市>小城市>大城市"的特点,城市间用地扩张差异较大,且城市建成区的外延扩张、粗放利用状况较严重。地形条件、资源分布、经济发展、交通建设和政府政策是影响东北地区城市用地扩张的主要驱动因子。
Selecting the 37 prefecture-level Cities in Northeast China as research samples, using built-up area of urban land size to represent the city area, combined rank-size rule and fractal theory to analyze overall trends of urban land in Northeast China the past 20 years' expansion, we calculated the magnitude of urban land expansion index(UEI) to analyze the urban land expansion different degree. The results show that the overall balance of urban land size is decreased, the disparity continues to widen, and the urban system is simple. Urban land expansion rate presented Megacity> Medium Cities> Small Cities> Cities. Terrain conditions, the distribution of resources, economic development, transportation construction and government policies are the main driving forces of urban land expansion in Northeast China.
