摘要
为了实现船用燃油流量自动检测功能,建立流量理论模型,设计了燃油检测机构。通过正交试验及单因素试验,探明燃油检测机构对流量的作用及影响规律。结果表明:齿轮泵转速对流量影响最大,其次是燃油粘度。当重质燃油粘度为250 cst,齿轮泵的转速为300 r/min,管径为25 mm,燃油的温度为80℃时,流过管道的重质燃油瞬时流量最多。
In order to realize the function of automatic detection for ship fuel flow,the theory model of fuel flow was made and a detection mechanism was designed. The effect rules of the fuel detection mechanism were got through the orthogonal test and single factor test. The results show that: the gear pump speed is the greatest impact on the flow,the second is the fuel oil viscosity. Furthermore,the flow is most when the heavy oil viscosity is 250 cst,the gear pump speed is 300 r / min,the pipe diameter is 25 mm,the oil temperature is 80 ℃ degrees.
