摘要
首先对各个分量的不确定度进行分析,得出各分量的相对不确定度,再计算热阻的合成不确定度。对各个分量按照A类和B类不确定度分别进行了详细计算,并对温度系数的计算过程中采用的最小二乘法线性拟合引入的不确定度进行了分析。该评定方法从各分量的相对不确定度可以较清楚地评估出各个分量对热阻值的影响程度,有助于测试人员采取有效措施减小误差,获得更加准确的测量结果。
Measurement uncertainty of each ingredient is analysed firstly to educe the relative uncertainty, then calculate the combined uncertainty of thermal resistance. Type A and Type B evaluation of measurement uncertainty of each ingredient are calculated detailedly and respectively and uncertainty caused by the least square method used in temperature coefficient calculation is analysed. The influence of each factor could be evaluated by this method, which is helpful for taking effective measure to reduce the measurement error and acquire more exact results.
