摘要
健康传播是当前健康研究与实践领域的重要理论之一,可为全民健身工作的深入开展提供关键的理论的指导。针对全民健身工作中存在主要问题,提出了健康传播学视阈下全民健身活动的开展策略。通过运用文献资料法和理论分析法,对健康传播学理论在中国的发展进行简要的回顾,对我国体育与健康传播主要议题进行了梳理,并分析了其研究薄弱的相关原因;分析了国际社会体育健康传播的努力和值得借鉴的经验;提出了我国全民健身活动中健康传播的主要问题,探讨了如何在机制上、观念上和操作层面上开展健康传播活动,促进全民健身活动的开展。结论认为:开展全民健身活动构建政府主导全社会参与的全民健身事业发展格局;要以提高科学健身素养为目标,综合运用大众传播、组织传播和人际传播等方法,通过建设"全民健身示范区"等形式,开展多种形式的健康传播活动。
Health communication is one of the important theories in the field of health research and practice,and it can provide a key theoretical guidance for the in-depth development of national fitness program. To the main problems in the program,this paper put forward a strategy from the perspective of health communication. This study briefly reviewed the development of health communication theory in China,combed main health communication issues,and analyzed relevant reasons by the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis. And it analyzed efforts and experience of international health communication and discussed how to carry out health communication activities in level of mechanism,concepts and operating activities to promote the development of national fitness activities. Conclusions: Government should build a development pattern that government is leading and the whole society participates in,targeting to improve body building scientifically ability,comprehensively using mass communication,organizational communication and interpersonal communication methods,carrying out different forms of health communication activities,such as build "national fitness demonstration community".
