摘要
全媒体时代的到来为医患提供了多种沟通的可能,充分利用好各种媒体优势进行有效沟通,将有利于医患关系的改进。文章在对日照市某公立医院医患沟通现状调研基础上,依据传播学、公共关系学、医学心理社会模式等理论,构建了利用多种媒体进行医患沟通的服务导向型模式,并提出了促进该模式运行的对策建议。
The arrival of the omnimedia era provides a variety of communication channels for doctors and patients. Making full use of the advantages of various media to communicate effectively will be conducive to the improvement of the relationship between doctors and patients. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the commtrnication between doctors and patients in a public hospital in Rizhao city,in this paper, the service oriented model of the commu- nication between doctors and patients was constructed and suggestions for promoting the mode of operation were also proposed according to the theory of communication,public relations,and biology--psychology--social medicine model.
