摘要
本文通过对2006-2014年我院各种医疗设备电气安全检测数据进行分析及国内外相关标准的研究,制定出了一套基于医疗设备的功能、电气安全等级、故障危害、使用环境、使用频率、历史数据、医疗事故历史等进行风险评估的方法,以确定各影响因素的影响因子,再综合计算确定一个科学合理的检测周期。实践结果表明使用该方法得到的检测周期能在控制风险的前提下,有效地提高医学工程人员的工作效率。
This paper analyzes various electrical safety testing data related to medical equipment from 2006 to 2014 in the hospital and studies relevant standards at home and abroad. Based on the research of the following aspects: the function of medical equipment, electrical safety level, risks resulted from malfunctions, operational environment, frequency of use, historical data and the history of medical accident, this paper puts forward a set of risk assessment methods. Through confirming factors influence above aspects, scientific and reasonable inspection periods are calculated. The results show that the work efficiency of medical engineering personnel is effectively improved on the premise of controlling risks.
