摘要
目的探讨护理干预在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取社区卫生服务中心2012年1月—2014年10月收治的120例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者接受常规降糖药治疗,根据患者血糖变化调整用药剂量;观察组患者在接受与对照组相同治疗方案的同时,接受社区护理干预,1年后比较两组患者对糖尿病的认知率、遵医率和血糖控制情况。结果观察组患者糖尿病认知率、遵医率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且观察组患者血糖控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预应用于老年糖尿病患者治疗中,可以提高患者的保健意识和遵医率,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE Aimed to study the application effect of community nursing intervention in the elderly patients with diabetes.METHODS 120 elderly patients with diabetes were selected from Jan. 2012 to Oct. 2014 from our community service stationran. They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group（60 patients for each group）. The hypoglycemic drugs were conventionally given to the patients and the dosage, the drugs was adjusted according to the patient＇s blood glucose level in the control group. In the intervention group, the patients were given the community nursing intervention based on the treatment in the control group. The proportion of patients＇ cognition of the disease, abiding by medical orders and blood glucose control were compared 1year after the treatment. RESULTS The proportion of patient＇s cognition of the disease and abiding by medical orders were both higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The control of blood glucose in theintervention group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The community nursing intervention could improve the health awareness and compliance rate of elderly patients with diabetes, which was worthy of clinical application.
