摘要
针对汽车无回油进气道燃油系统油压脉动导致燃油喷射不稳定的问题,研究了燃油分配管内油压脉动的特性,确定了影响油压脉动的关键因素;进而通过建立关键因素与燃油分配管内置阻尼器结构的联系,对阻尼器的结构进行了优化计算和设计;最终通过油压脉动对比测试,对设计结果进行了验证。验证结果表明,研究设计的燃油分配管内置阻尼器可以有效缓解油压脉动,改善无回油进气道燃油喷射系统的供油稳定性。
Focusing on the fuel injection instability caused by pressure pulsation of automobile returnless fuel system, the characteristics of fuel pressure pulsation in fuel rail are studied and the root causes are identified. By establishment of relationship between root causes and the structure of air tube damper inside fuel rail, the structure could be therefore designed with optimization. The design is test- ed through fuel pressure pulsation comparison tests. Results indicated that the design could reduce such pulsation and thus improve the fuel supply stability of returnless fuel system.
