摘要
为改善陶粒的除磷性能,该实验分别用FeCl_3和CaCl_2对普通陶粒进行改性,并考察了表面改性对陶粒表面的生物膜特性和除污特性的改善。结果表明,经FeCl_3和CaCl_2改性的陶粒对TP的去除率更高,但吸附效能随运行时间延长有下降趋势;陶粒经改性处理后表面生物膜多糖含量更多,脱氢酶活性更强,对TN和COD有较好的去除效果。
The ceramsite was respectively modified using FeCl3 and CaCl2 to improve the phosphorus removal performance and examine the surface characteristics of biofilm and the removal efficiency. The results showed that compared to unmodified ceramsite,the higher TP removal efficiency was obtained for modified ceramsite. Nonetheless,the adsorption effect of the ceramsite was significantly reduced at the later period. Meanwhile,after the ceramsite was modified,the content of polysaccharide and the activity of dehydrogenase at the surface of biofilm were higher and the removal effect of TN and COD was better than unmodified ceramsite.
