极速成像技术联合脉象仪检测原发性高血压病患者动脉弹性的可行性评价 被引量:6

Feasibility Evaluation on Ultra Fast Imaging Combined with Pulsography in Detection of Arterial Elasticity for Patients with Primary Hypertension

摘要 目的:评估联合应用极速成像技术与脉象仪检测原发性高血压病患者动脉弹性功能的价值。方法:纳入102例原发性高血压病患者作为高血压组,125例健康志愿者作为对照组。应用极速成像技术检测颈动脉脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV),包括收缩期起始(beginning of the systole,BS)时及收缩期结束(ending of the systole,ES)时的PWV;应用脉象仪行桡动脉脉象参数检测,包括h3、h4、h5、h3/h1、h4/h1、h5/h1、w1、w2、w1/t、w2/t;采用Spearman非参数法对两种技术参数进行相关性分析。结果:BS和ES时,高血压组的PWV均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。脉象参数中,高血压组的h3、h4、h3/h1、w2、w1/t、w2/t较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。对照组BS、ES时的PWV与h3/h1、h4/h1呈正相关(P<0.05),高血压组BS、ES时的PWV与h4、h3/h1、h4/h1呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:极速成像技术结合脉象仪能够客观评估原发性高血压病患者的动脉弹性功能,且两种技术参数间具有良好的相关性。 Objective: To explore the value of Ultra Fast imaging combined with pulsography in the detection of arterial elasticity for patients with primary hypertension. Methods: One hundred and two patients with primary hypertension were selected as the hypertension group and one hundred and twenty-five healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The pulse wave velocity( PWV) of carotid artery was detected by Ultra Fast imaging including the PWV of the beginning of the systole( BS) and the ending of the systole( ES). The pulse parameters were detected by pulsography including h3,h4,h5,h3/ h1,h4/ h1,h5/ h1,w1,w2,w1/ t and w2/ t. The correlation between the parameters of the two techniques was analyzed by Spearman non parametric method. Results: At the BS and ES,the PWV of the hypertension group was higher than that of the control group( P 0. 01). The pulse parameters such as h3,h4,h3/ h1,w2,w1/ t and w2/ t of the hypertension group were higher than those of the control group( P 0. 01,P 0. 05). There were positive correlations between the PWV at the BS and the ES and the pulse parameters such as h3/ h1 and h4/ h1 in the control group( P 0. 05) and there were positive correlations between the PWV at the BS and the ES and the pulse parameters such as h4,h3/ h1 and h4/ h1 in the hypertension group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Ultra Fast imaging technique combined with pulsography can assess the artery elasticity for patients with primary hypertension and there were significant correlations between the parameters of the two techniques.
