摘要
探讨基于Modbus/TCP的小样织机管理信息系统的开发。针对目前小样织机的一体化程度低、集中管理水平落后等现状,将设计的织样管理系统分为管理层、控制层、设备层,利用MATLAB软件和SQL Server2008数据库,通过使用Modbus/TCP通讯协议实现了上位机与小样织机控制器间的实时通讯与数据传输,使系统具有纹板图、经密、幅宽等工艺参数的存储、查询、修改和添加等功能。认为:该系统可以有效提高小样织机的管理水平,使资源得到优化。
Development of sample loom management information system based on Modbus/TCP was dis- cussed. Aimed at current sample loom status with lower integration extent, lagged behind centralized management level and so on,the designed sample loom management system was divided into management layer,control layer and equipment layer. MATLAB softwai＇e and SQL Server2008 database were adopted. The real-time communica- tion and data transmission between upper computer and sample loom controller were achieved by using Modbus/ TCP communication protocol. Then, the system has functions of saving, researching, modifying, adding and so on for the processing parameters like pattern card, warp density, width etc.
