摘要
目的:探讨输卵管造影术后联合中药灌肠及腹部外敷中药治疗不孕症的疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月本院收治的不孕症患者98例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组49例。对照组采用输卵管造影术,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药灌肠与腹部外敷中药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组痊愈率与治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组输卵管通畅度与中医症候评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组输卵管通畅率与通而不畅率均明显高于治疗前,输卵管阻塞率明显低于治疗前,中医症候评分明显低于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率均明显高于对照组,输卵管通而不畅率、输卵管阻塞率、中医症候评分、未受孕率均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管造影术后联合中药灌肠及腹部外敷中药治疗不孕症有助于显著改善输卵管通畅度、临床症状与妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of salpingography combined herb-enema and traditional Chinese medicine abdominal external application for infertility.Method：From January 2013 to January 2014,98 cases of infertility in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table,each group had 49 cases.The control group was treated with salpingography,and the observation group was treated with herb-enema and traditional chinese medicine abdominal external application based on the control group,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the differences in tubal patency and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom score between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the tubal patency rate and the accessible but not smooth rate of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,the fallopian tube obstruction rate was significantly lower than before treatment,the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The tubal patency rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the tubal accessible but not smooth rate and fallopian tube blocking rate,TCM symptom score,not pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Salpingography angiography combined with herb enema and abdominal external application of TCM for infertility can significantly improve the fallopian tube patency,clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcome,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
