摘要
通过研究水溶液中椰壳活性炭对甲磺酸培氟沙星(PFLX)的吸附及缓释性能,对比不同温度下的吸附等温线,用Langmuir及Freundlich方程对吸附自由能、焓、熵进行计算。结果表明:活性炭对甲磺酸培氟沙星的吸附符合Freundlich方程,测得ΔH=6.405 9 k J/mol,说明活性炭对PFLX的吸附过程为吸热过程;且ΔH<20 k J/mol,表明吸附过程为物理吸附;同时测得吉布斯自由能ΔG<0,表明吸附质从溶液到吸附剂表面的吸附过程是自发过程,其吸附主要是熵驱动。硝酸氧化改性制备的活性炭较椰壳活性炭的缓释性能有较大的改变,不同活性炭对PFLX的缓释均符合Higuchi方程释药模式。
The effect of activated carbon made from coconut shell on adsorption and controlled release o pe- floxacin mesylate (PFLX) in aqueous solution was studied. The adsorption isotherms had been measured at d fer- ent temperatures. The adsorptive free energy, enthalpy and entropy in adsorption processes had been calculat 1 by the Langmuir and Freundlich equation. The result showed that adsorption of PFLX was in accord with Freundli h e- quation. The heat of absorption AH was 6. 405 9 k J/tool, which demonstrated that the absorption was an en&! her- mic process, when AH 〈 20 kJ/tool, it indicated that the adsorption process was mostly physical adsorption. ~ ~an- while, Gibbs free energy AG 〈 0,which indicated that the adsorption was a spontaneous process. The results ndi- cated that the value of AS was positive and it's the main driving force of adsorption. Modified activated carb n of nitrate oxidization possessed had more controlled release capacity compared with coconut shell activated carl ms. The different activated carbon controlled release process marched with Higuchi equation.
