生物质炭化成型燃料直燃特性分析 被引量:10

摘要 以棉杆和木屑为原料制备生物质炭化成型燃料(biomass carbonized forming fuel,BCFF).对成型燃料进行了热重分析,选择温度为550℃、700℃和850℃的灰样进行X 射线荧光光谱(X-ray fluorescence,XRF)、X 射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析、灰熔融实验. TG 实验表明:BCFF 燃烧过程经历吸热失水、挥发分析出及燃烧、固定碳燃烧和燃尽4 个阶段.XRF 分析表明:随灰化温度从550℃升高至815℃,K 减少了56.2%,Na 减少了26.5%,Cl 减少了75%,而Ca 增加了41.6%,且在700~815℃之间K、Na、Cl 元素损失最大.XRD 分析表明:BCFF 燃烧灰样的成分主要是石英、单钾芒硝、钙沸石、索伦石、方镁石和硫酸盐等. 温度从550℃升至700℃时,灰样中KCl 消失和出现了钙沸石;升至815℃时,索伦石消失,分解生成氧化钙、氧化硅、氧化铝等稳定的高温共融体.研究结果可为生物质锅炉燃料选择方面提供理论依据. Biomass carbonized forming fuel(BCFF)was prepared by cotton stalk and sawdust serving as the typicalsample in carbonized briquetting,and then thermogravimetrically(TG)analyzed.The BCFF prepared by ashing at550℃,700℃ and 815℃ was studied by X-ray fluorescence(XRF),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)analysis andmelting test.It is shown that BCFF combustion process can be divided into four stages:endothermic anddehydration,release of volatile and combustion reaction,fixed carbon combustion reaction and burn out.XRFanalysis shows that the contents of K,Na and Cl in ash are reduced by 56.2%,、26.5%, and 75%,respectively,withthe temperature rising, from 550℃ to 815℃.However,the content of Ca in ash increases by 41.6%,.K,Na and Clin ash suffer the greatest loss between 700℃ and 815℃.XRD analysis shows that the ash of BCFF combustion ismainly composed of quartz,arcanite,scolecite,suolunite,periclase and sulfate.Potassium chloride disappearswhile scolecite appears from 550℃ to 770℃.Suolunite decomposes and generates high-temperature molten materialslike calcium oxide,silicon oxide,aluminium oxide when the temperature reaches 815℃.The study provides atheoretical foundation for the utilization of BCFF by biomass boilers.
