摘要
目的探索"3+2"模式助理全科医生职业能力可持续发展的培养途径。方法通过政府、院校、医院三方共建,医院承担乡村医生教育从第2学年临床课程开始到毕业后2年规范化培训的全过程。结果 8年来,上海市嘉定区中心医院完成乡村医生培养499人,"3+2"模式助理全科医生规范化培养120人,初步缓解本地区基层卫生服务人员匮乏状况。结论初步建立起本地区"3+2"模式助理全科医生培养路径和方法。
Objective Research on the training of the sustainable improvement of assistant general practitioners on Jiading District "3+2" model. Methods Combine government, colleges and the hospital to construct the training. The hospital takes the responsibility to train the rural doctors from the second year of clinical course to 2 years later after graduate. Results In last 8 year, Central Hospital of Shanghai Jiading has trained 499 rural doctors and 120 assistant general practitioners on"3+2" model. The shortage of primary service personnel has been preliminary remission. Conclusion The training path and method of Jiading District"3+2"model have been preliminary built.
