摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式在护士手卫生依从性和医院感染管理中效果和体会。方法该院病区护理组于2014年1—12月建立PDCA循环管理模式,对护士加强手卫生管理,并运用到感染控制中,观察和分析护理管理的效果和体会。结果将PDCA循环管理模式实施前后的护士的主动参与率、洗手依从性、三基考核合格率、洗手合格率和医院感染率等数据进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式,能显著提高护士的手卫生依从性、降低医院感染率、提高护理质量、降低护理事故差错率。
Objective To evaluate the effect and experience of the PDCA circulation management mode in nurses hand hygiene compliance and nosocomial infection control. Methods From January to December in 2014, establishing the PDCA circulation management mode by medical ward care group of our hospital. Nurses strengthened hand hygiene management and applied to infection control. Observing and analyzing the effect and experience of the nursing management. Results The data of the PDCA circulation management of care management were compared, the hand hygiene compliance of nurses increased significantly, three-base examination pass rate, error rate of accidents, nosocomial infection was significantly lower,the difference was significantly（P0.05）, and it was of statistically significance. Conclusion The PDCA circulation management of care management can significantly improve hand hygiene compliance of nurses, reduce nosocomial infection rates,improve quality of care, reduce the error rate of care accident.
