摘要
当前,各地积极推广住宅产业化,已形成了预制厂建设热潮,对这股热潮须加以警惕。建筑产业现代化发展不只是住宅产业化一个方向,住宅产业化也不只是预制装配化一条道路:住宅产业化发展要多途径,以建筑设计标准化、构件生产工厂化、施工机械化为重点,以产业工人的形成和发展为支撑点,以管理模式的突破和创新为切入点。地方住宅产业发展应考虑经济效益,预测当地建设规模,制定路线图,切不可盲目跟风。
Residential building industrialization is very popular in China, causing an upsurge of prefabrication factory construction, but we must be cautious about this upsurge. Residential building industrialization is not the only direction and prefabrication is not the only way for architectural industry modernization. Architectural industry modernization shall develop through different ways, such as emphasizing on standardization of building design, mass production of building components, construction mechanization, training and development of industrial workers, and innovation of management form, etc. Local development of architectural industry shall also consider the economic benefit, forecast local construction scale and prepare detailed planning.
