摘要
目的:建立脑清通颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)法鉴别方中决明子、川芎、山楂和水蛭,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定赤芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:决明子、川芎、山楂和水蛭TLC色谱斑点清晰,无干扰,芍药苷在0.021 6~0.194 4 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.13%。结论:所建立的薄层鉴别方法斑点清晰、专属性强、重现性好,含量测定方法分离度好、结果准确,可有效控制脑清通颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish quality standard of NaoQingTong granules. Methods: JueMingZi(Semen Cassiae), ChuanXiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.), ShanZha(Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge)and ShuiZhi(Whitmania pigra Whitman) in the prescription were identified by TLC method, the contents of peoniflorin was determined in Chi Shao by using HPLC method. Results: Chromatographic spots of JueMingZi, ChuanXiong, ShanZhan and ShuiZhi were clear, and the blank test showed no interference, peoniflorin demonstrated better linear relationship in the range between 0.021 6 and 0.194 4 mg/m L(r=0.9 99 7), average recovery rate was 99.19%, RSD=1.13%. Conclusion: The TLC method, showing clear spots, high specificity, reproducible, good separation and accurate, could be used for quality control of NaoQingTong granules.
