摘要
目的：调查PICC置管肿瘤患者带管期间自我护理能力水平与PICC相关知识掌握程度,探讨PICC相关知识对自我护理能力的影响。方法：2013年12月~2014年2月采用自我护理能力测定量表和PICC自我护理知识问卷,对我市两家医院80例PICC置管肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果：PICC置管肿瘤患者带管期间自我护理能力得分为（118.79±20.85）分,58.75%的患者处于高等水平,41.25%的患者处于中等水平;PICC自我护理知识问卷得分为（21.70±2.64）分,异常情况观察处理评分为（9.96±2.33）分,PICC相关知识掌握优于异常情况观察处理知识的掌握。患者PICC带管期间自我护理能力与PICC相关知识掌握情况呈正相关。结论：PICC置管肿瘤患者带管期间自我护理能力及PICC相关知识掌握情况总体均处于高等水平,患者PICC相关知识掌握的越好,患者的自我护理能力越高。
Objective： To investigate the correlation between theself- care ability of PICC inserted catheter tumor patients during the catheter indwelling time and their acquisition of the PICC relevant knowledge and to explore the influence of PICC relevant knowledge towards the self- care ability.Methods： Surveyed 80 cases of PICC inserted catheter tumor patients of two hospitals in our city from December 2013 to February 2014 in the self- care ability measurement scale and the PICC self- care knowledge questionnaire and analyzed the survey results.Results： The PICC inserted catheter tumor patients scored（ 118.79 ± 20.85） in the self- care ability measurement scale,with 58.75% patients on higher level and 41.25% patients on the average level; the patients scored（ 21.70 ± 2.64） in the self- care knowledge questionnaire and scored（9.96 ± 2.33） in exceptional condition observation and disposal evaluation.The acquisition of the PICC relevant knowledge was better than the acquisition of exceptional condition observation and disposal knowledge.The self- care ability was positively correlated with the acquisition of the PICC relevant knowledge of PICC inserted catheter tumor patients during the catheter indwelling time.Conclusion： The self- care ability and acquisition of the PICC relevant knowledge of PICC inserted catheter tumor patients during are generally on a higher level.The better the knowledge acquisition patients get,the higher the self- care ability patients own.
