摘要
介绍了表面机械研磨处理(SMAT)的原理和设备,概括了有色金属及合金经SMAT处理后的组织结构特征和晶粒细化机制。综述了近年来有色金属及合金的SMAT研究进展,分析了其对有色金属及合金的拉伸性能、耐磨性能、腐蚀性能和疲劳性能的影响,展望了该技术的应用前景和发展方向。
The principle and equipment of surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT) were introduced. The structural characteristics and grain refinement mechanism of non-ferrous metals and alloys after SMAT were summarized. The recent research progress of non-ferrous metals and alloys was reviewed. The effects of SMAT on the tensile properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue performance of non-ferrous metals and alloys were analyzed. The application prospect and development direction of SMAT technology were forecasted.
